The first step is an introduction to our team and the process we'll use to generate your grant application(s). We'll work with your team to review the rules, develop a Scoring Worksheet and identify Eligible Locations for the application(s).
Our team will produce a Steiner Fibre Mile Analysis that will help us to identify Recommended Clusters based on our pre-determined scoring rules and other relevant criteria.
Once clusters have been identified, each cluster will go through both a Scoring and Business Case Analysis. Our Partner, Wireless 20/20 has developed an innovative and extremely flexible product called the WiROI™ Business Case Analysis Tool, offering network operators a comprehensive analysis of the capital and operational expenses for deploying a broadband network.
Clusters, together with Fiber Miles, are sent to the Client for their analysis. We expect this will require iteration and open communication between our teams. Together, we'll review the final Cluster & Business Case Analysis and approve for Grant Application.
Our Team will lead the Grant Application Preparation with support from you and your team. We'll collect the necessary information documentation, maps and financials for submission and prepare the Grant Application for review and final approval.
